Develop your budget

We know budgets count, which is why we want to work with you to help create a home you love, within your resources. You will get guaranteed pricing, which means that the cost will not change during construction for all contract items. After reviewing budget and space needs, we can help you select a floor plan suitable to meet your needs.

Construction Plans

We tailor each floor plan to the homeowner’s needs and budget. Plan changes are made to accommodate homeowner’s requests and needs. Each Waltman Home is unique to you.

Components and Finishes review

Review all components and finishes for the home. These will comprise the project specifications used through construction in conjunction with the building plans.

Signing a Contract

Construction Financing/Funds

All finalized project information is submitted to the financial institution for review. If financing is not required, then an escrow account is established with a local title company.

Building Permit

Plans are submitted to the local jurisdiction for review and building permit approval. This often includes several jurisdictions and 4-6 weeks for final permit to be ready.
